Jhin able to be selected as a Ban for Draft game play

This is in both ranked game play and normal draft mode. As the title suggest during both ranked play and Draft mode Banning Phase Jhin is a on the possible ban list, even though the champion hasn't been released yet. I find this to be a issue because it can cause people to waste a ban during the Champion select that could completely alter that current game. As the image shows in the top right hand corner for the other team, Jhin was the first ban they selected. Thank you for your time reading this and i hope it helps in some way. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
