[GAMEPLAY] Pinging in game randomly teleports cursor (new this patch)

Moving mouse rapidly while pinging sometimes results in cursor teleporting to unexpected places. This happens more the faster you are moving your mouse. I went into practice tool after noticing this a few times (this patch) in game to test it out, and found it easy to reproduce. In this video, I moved my mouse back and forth consistently between two points and started pinging. I'm using a rival600 mouse with 780ti, i5 4690k, 16gb ddr3 1600, and an SSD.
