Ranked Champ Select Glitch

Every so often I get a lag/glitch where during champ select, the screen randomly freezes which feels like it lasts for an eternity, and makes me unable to pick/ban a champ thereby making me dodge the queue giving me a terrible frustration, Please help thanks
