Cleanse can't remove Stinger
when you get disabled by Skarner you can not use Cleanse. even though its description states: "Removes all disables and summer spell debuffs affecting you champion". this obviously has to be a bugg. rito please fix.

That's the point of suppressing.
Are you referring to his passive Crystallizing Sting or his ultimate Impale, because those are very different abilities.
If you are referring to Impale, then it is a suppression and not affected by Cleanse.

Removes all disables (excluding Suppression) and summoner spells debuffs affecting your champion and grants 65% crowd control reduction for 3 seconds.
If you are referring to Crystallizing Sting then the stacks are not a disable or summoner spell debuff and not affected by Cleanse.
