[GAMEPLAY] Rek'sai bug

Was playing LOPK and came across this very annoying bug that made one of rek'sai's tunnels invincible. i'm not to sure how it was caused but i think it might have been her trying to go through it but was interupted or was about to be destroyed and he entered but we stood on both sides of the tunnel and it would not destroy. it also had no timer so i did not dissapear over time. he could still travel to it and use her ult which made it more frustrating. when we were pushing she ulted to that tunnel and begun to attack the inhib. we had to run back immediately as we had no turrets to protect nexus. we lost the game due to this bug but i would just like to see that it is fixed. im not to sure how it was caused but that is the only thing i can think of that may have done it
