Patch 5.3 Still Not Working

Does anyone have any information about how or why the 5.3 patch is still not working on the mac client? When it first came out it worked fine, but the next day when I logged on it tried redownloading it and now it doesn't work. Its been 3 or 4 days now and I haven't been able to play.

It goes right to 33% and tries to scan files but gets stuck at different numbers each time. I get to around 6000 or 7000 when it tells me there is an error.

I know people have been posting ways to fix it on PC but I don't know what to do on the mac.
