client version 6.4.16_02_22_17_11 is rejected by server

Downloaded the new update today and as soon as the update finished I went to log into my LoL account and this error message appeared on the screen "client version 6.4.16_02_22_17_11 is rejected by server". Every time I tried to close and re-open or re-log into LoL, this error message populated again "client version 6.4.16_02_22_17_11 is rejected by server"

Currently there are player found fixes for this bug of forcing another update of the LoL Client and also of launching a repair client and waiting for it to finish. Uninstalling and Reinstalling LoL does not work to fix the problem.
