Soloqueue bug, stops at 0 second and nothing happens

I was in Ranked soloqueue and the other team had to pick a champ, they didn't and it stuck at 0 second. Waited there 10 mins and nothing happened so we all left. I just lost my series because of that loss. There was nothing else to do beside leaving because all was stuck. What was I supposed to do?
