[Gameplay] Volibear Passive bug

I was playing ranked today in promos and i was jungle Volibear. My passive went off in the jungle once and then it never went off again. I do not know what caused this problem but it essentially caused me to lose the game because his passive is a gamechanger while fighting in a team. Please fix this.
