False Dodge Timer Glitch

When in a ranked game I came across a good Jungler. I decided to add him to play with him in another game. However, he had a 20 minute timer. It didn't bother be I could just eat dinner while I waited. About 3 minutes in the queue he closed his game, probably having to get off for school I imagine. After I finish my dinner, I tried to start up the queue myself. The 20 minute dodge timer came back up again. Confused, I close that lobby and create a new one. It still had the timer. Knowing I shouldn't have the 20 minute timer; I closed my game and logged back in. The timer was now gone. If I did not close my game I would have been forced to sit in a 20 minute dodge timer that I did not actually have. Rito, pls fix.
