[Gameplay]Unable to Use Q (and 50% of the time W) after useing ultimate or getting stuned on Warwick

On Warwick when getting stunned or if you use your ultimate, if you press your Q / W in the duration of the stun or ultimate you will not be able to use Q for some time. (the amount of time is different each time, around 1 to 3 seconds). For Q / W to work again you could press Esc. Also for Q if you use the right button on your mouse and then repress Q again, you can use the skill again.

I have had the problem with the Q on at least 10 times out of 10 games letting other champions get away with just 1 or 2 % hp. The W on the other hand mostly comes when you ultimate and get stunned before the duration ends (like 1,6 seconds in ). after that stun you will not be able to use W until you use Esc or some other interactive button.
