Sylas + Teemo infinite mushrooms (20-30 per 10 seconds) at no mana cost bug [Gameplay]

Hi Riot Team,

When Sylas and Teemo are in opposite teams and both hit level 6 Sylas is stealing Teemo ulti. From now on he can use it all the time at no mana cost and without mushroom restriction. Sylas that I've been facing was placing around 20-30 mushrooms within 10 seconds literally planting a mine field all over the map. We've faced each other at top lane and he was abusing it whole game. Even on URF mode Teemo can't plant mushrooms as fast as this Sylas could in ranked game. Hope that this will be eliminated.
