Elise Bugs

Recently, I've been dying in strange ways as Elise. For instance, My cocoon would sometimes appear to go "through" a champion, resulting in a poor escape or loss of kill. I know that this isn't affected by lag because other players in the game would watch and go, "lol" or "wtf". Another issue is tower-diving. Plan is to get in and get out after getting the kill, right? but I keep dying when Rappelled. So i would Rappel and die, not gaining the invulnerability for 2 seconds OR when landing, the turret hits me instead of the spiderlings. Last, when rappelling, I would come straight down before the 2 seconds were up and without clicking anything. Are these issues common? I have 100k experience with Elise and these bugs or whatever, usually happen often.
