Lost all Hextech Crafting Items with Client update

Hi all, I updated to the new lol client a couple of days ago. I didn't look at it until it popped up saying I had a key fragment, but I clicked on the loot button to access Hextech Crafting, and all my items and things are gone. Even the key fragment that it said I earned wasn't there.

I had about 13/14 full keys, 1 or 2 key fragments, and a couple of skin shards, a champion shard (olaf, I think?), like 2k orange essence and some of those purple gems.

Has this happened to anyone else? Just annoying since I had so many keys, I don't really care about the skins. Though I am pretty sure I had a really good Katarina skin I saved, but I don't play her anyway s that doesn't really matter. 13 keys is heaps to lose!

Is there a fix? has this happened to anyone else?

I would say try and log out and log back in to see if it fixes itself. If that doesnt work, i would suggest contacting support and letting me know about the problem. Hopefully they can fix it. If anything try to give them every detail about what you had Loot wise.
