This has happened to me over the course of the past few months when I go into Ranked/Normal Queue. Every once in a while when I'm in the queue, the "Match found" window would appear and of course I would hit the orange accept button. After accepting I am left with a timer that would say waiting for other players. When that timer would run out it doesn't bring me back into the lobby, instead it's stuck with the waiting for players window. Not only this, but often times when I finally get into the champ select, when people are banning their 3 bans, sometimes on my side a person's ban timer reaches 0 and then just freezes there. I wouldn't be brought back into queue or know if I was the one banning and get dodge penalty for it. I know this happens to only me because I'm on Teamspeak with fellow players within the same queue. I'm not sure whether or not this happens every patch or whatever, but I am slowly seeing a trend that this problem occurs when new patch is out. Time after time, this has happened to me, and I sent in a request with the support area of the league home page. Time after time also, I get frustrated because I constantly loss LP for stupid shit like this. I'd be okay if it happened once or maybe twice, but I have continuously loss LP for something beyond my control... I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall the client to remove a possibility that it may be my computer's issue. But the problem still occurs... Without trying to over exaggerate too much, I believe I have lost at least 10-12 LP over the course of the past few months due to this problem... PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE. I do apologize for my profanity, but please understand my viewpoint on this issue. Thank you for your time.
