Bug --> can't buy item

Sometimes for no reason, in a random game with a random champ i can't some item (i have enough golds to buy it) like on picture on link , and for that reason i had to sell those smaller items so i can get other. I hope problem will be solved soon. https://ibb.co/bKyZDn
