adequate IP yet can't buy champs

So in the hopes of getting Camille I have been playing non-stop and finally have enough IP. But it won't let me buy her![zombie-brand-mindblown] it wont let me buy any champ at 6300 right now but i have no problem getting anyone who is cheaper. Anyone else having this problem? any way to fix it?
