When u start charging E and then press W vladimir wil keep charging and deal dmg even when his W is active so Im not sure is that a bug,but I thing it is coz u are not slowed when u go in W even if u should be when u chargel E

Ok thx I was new with vlad played like 2 games and noticed that:D
this is actually what vladimir players desired even before the rework. Because his pool doesnt work like fizz's e. You are still there, you deal damage - you take damage you are just unklickable(is that word even exist?).
