Hextech Chest and Key from Gemstone Bug

I recently bought a couple of the MSI capsules to get some gemstones. I only got one, so I decided to turn the gemstone to a chest and key. Whenever I tried to open the chest with the new key that I got after I clicked "OPEN", the screen froze. I clicked the "STORE" tab to see if it was just a visual bug, but whenever I went back to my "LOOT" tab, nothing new was there. I don't know what could have caused it, or if anyone else has experienced this problem, but it is just a little frustrating. Hope it gets fixed soon, but I know there are bigger problems to worry about.
