i can t sign up to pbe

i tried to sign up to have a pbe account but when i loged in with my account and checked my eligibility and i filled everything it didn t work "something went wrong.Please refresh the page and try again".i tried multiple times and i got the same answer i am lvl 4 honor and i never got banned any suggestions how i can fix the probleme? and thank you
