[GAMEPLAY] Fiora skin not showing up in blind pick for Summoner's Rift

Whenever I play normal blind pick, summoner's rift, my Fiora skin will not show up at all. But whenever I play normal team builder, her skin is on. So I'll be in queue, make sure that I'm not going crazy and my skin is selected, but the classic skin is what I end up with ONLY in the normal blind pick. This has happened in at least 3-4 games in the normal blind pick. I can only see my skin in the normal team builder and the only champion that has this problem is Fiora. Please fix?
