[GAMEPLAY] Poro Rider Sejuani's splash art not showing up in loading screen

Poro Rider Sejuani's splash art is replaced by the default Sejuani splash art in the loading screen. Happens during Normal and Custom games. "Poro Rider Sejuani" still displayed below the splash art and the skin still appears in game.
