[GAMEPLAY] Kassadin Permanent E Visual

Hey, I just played an ARAM and noticed this bug.. You simply go into a game with him and stack you E. Then after using it, it should still show you the visual effect of it.

It may also come in handy to say that I used the Harbringer skin (May be just for that Skin) or that it's that in ARAM his E stacks extremely fast. I don't really know :/
