Twisted Treeline not available in some regions?

This is something wrong with the client I believe, or maybe it could be something that was done on purpose.

Now, I don't know why Twisted Treeline isn't available in my region (I switched regions for better PING). The region I now concurrently play on is OCE, and please explain why Twisted Treeline is not an available option to choose.

Whether it's Co-Op VS Ai, or a normal 3V3 Twisted Treeline Match: Neither of the options are available to choose from. For example, in the Co-Op VS Ai section, all I can see is an option to play SR. For the PVP Tab, all I can see is SR, ARAM, and Odyssey: Extraction.

Is RIOT disabling Twisted Treeline in specific regions, or is this a bug?

Some servers have certain modes disabled due to their sizes. For example not all regions have normal draft.

its only playable at night due to no one playing it in the morning I think it is Tuesday and Wednesday nights you can play it if I remember correctly!
