Gragas Q stopped working mid match

Friendly old ARAM and my Q on Gragas stopped working about 5 minutes in. I restarted client, rebound the key, and tried using mouse hover spell casting and none of it worked. We won, but it's not really a challenge I'm looking to repeat. Please address.

I also just encountered this in my ARAM match. Unsure what happened and nothing I tried to do would fix it either. I think I must have gotten stunned or knocked up by Ali at some point and after that it no longer allowed me to use q.
