Black Client When Entering Champ Select [CLIENT]

Occasionally when I join a champ select screen the entire client will turn black. It happens completely randomly and has occurred in both normal and ranked games. When it happens I cannot select a Champion and thus get kicked out of Que and has cost me 20 lp in the past as well as countless minutes of waiting for punishment to end.
