Created a custom game with me vs 5 bots. Played for about 20 minutes, left, then the reconnect screen popped up and would not go away. Been trying to connect to the game but have been unsuccessful for about 10 min because there is no game to connect to. Restarting computer and exiting the league of legends application did not help.

Try repairing files and looking at the file logs/sending them to riot. Was a Soraka or Aurelion Sol in your game by any chance?

No soraka or aurelion. Bots: garen, udyr, annie, cass, ryze.
