Like i was trying to win 7 games in a row to get to bronze 4 but then i only get 13 points for each game in bronze 4. Everytime i lose a game i lost 22 points...so which mean i won 3 games got myself up to 38 points and lost 3 games i dropped back to bronze 5. You need to fix that!
Your MMR is lower than your divison then.
the points you gain or lose is based on your Match Making Rating, if its lower then its supposed to be you drop more then you gain, if its higher then you gain more then you lose.
It's not a bug, your MMR is too low for your rank. Essentially, you're not playing (or winning) near enough games. The most common cause of this is people intentionally tanking their MMR to get easier opponents.
