Cursor glitch/bug when alt-tabbing

This bug happened to me pretty recently, and not sure if its the game itself or an external program... but whenever im in loading screen instead of the default league golden pointy hand, its the windows cursor. When i load into the game after this i can't type ingame chat or use team pings, as mouse snaps to corner of screen. Closing/reopening game and reconnecting doesnt seem to work. This seems to happen when i get a dropdown on the desktop, with "Print..." and "View Source". Ill try get a screenshot to confirm this is legitimate :)
