Bug with new champ select

Me and my friends decided to do a premade ranked match for the new season. When we got into champ select we all did our bans then it was the enemy team picking first. The enemy team didn't lock in and then the timer just sat at 0 seconds. Then it went back after 30 seconds and it went back to the main screen. We go to queue up again then all the sudden it says that i have dodge recently (even though i didn't). I had to wait 5 minutes because i didn't dodge??? Rito please.item 3070

Same here. The player choosing before me on the opposing team didn't lock in. His timer sat at 0 for like 15 more seconds.

Then I was kicked back to the role selection screen, and in the chat box, it says I didn't accept the AFK check. However, I was able to queue again right away but to no success because it freezes and a pop up saying "server error yada yada".
