Draft Mode still has issues

So I went to go play draft with my friends today, and when I was at the champ select screen the "champ select" tile page was bugged out. It was linked to my mouse movement so if I moved my mouse up the tile scrolled up and vice versa. I was unable to lock in a champ for some reason because of this bug, and I could not scroll down to click my desired champs as well. I was able to type in the champions name, but even then I still could not lock in. I figured I would let the RIOT development team know about this issue.
