sound bug

im not sure what triggered this awkward bug but i qued up for a game and i get this random sound that wouldn't stop it sounded like a champ mastery lvl up sound at high speed and it played during the duration of champ select i was tabbed out watching a YouTube video when i noticed it started im not sure if that's what caused it just thought i let someone know
