[Gameplay] Lux E Glitches Out

Second time this has happened to me now, about 3 months apart. First occurrence was June 30th. Second time was just now. I cast E and spam E again immediately to explode it, and then nothing happens, and for the rest of the game, E is darked out as if first cast is still out and I cannot use it anymore. I have tried to quit game, close game, ctrl+alt+delete game, change casting key and nothing has worked.

Someone please solve this bug, I miss my Lux!
