No BE after game

Just now realized.. I haven't been getting Blue Essence after my games. I don't know how long this has been going on, has anyone experienced something similar? How do I fix this because..I would like to buy champions.

You get boxes with champion shards after leveling up that you can disenchant into BE to buy champs you want

Its since IP turned into BE. You get champ shard capsules from levelups. Upgrade those shards or disenchant them for BE.
