Team Select - unknown error, no one kicked from game

We just had a huge error in team select. 1st person chose, the enemies 2 chose. Counter went down to 0, but then I couldn't pick on my side. No one can pick, no one has dodged for fear of losing LP and the game hasn't kicked us. What's going on? Here is our chat so you can see it affected everyone, not just me:

Same thing happened to me, I think someone's jacking off on the riot servers and shorting something out. Sat in champ select for 10 minutes just to have it register as a dodge.

I'm stuck in champ select too...but I don't want to dodge my one ranked game this month... rito pls what do.

I was in game when it happened. went to "Attempting to reconnect" sat there for about 5 minutes and nothing happened, so i logged out and tried to log back in and i couldn't log in. Then when i finally get back in it doesn't give me a reconnect button, go to my match history and see a loss and it took away LP. That should have been loss forgiven they KNOW there is a problem because ranked is disabled right now. Bump and riot please help

This same issue happened with me. I was kicked from Team Builder due to it glitching out, then I decide to log out to fix the problems and when I tried logging back in, it says the server was busy. I'm assuming the servers just burped.

They just updated the issues. Apparently there's lag occurring in alot of games and they've enables "Loss Forgiven" just now.
