[GAMEPLAY] Don't work Vi "q" ability

I have seen this problem twice. One time in "Co-op vs AI" game with bots and today in custom game with bots.

Bug is as follows: after some time in the game when I press "q" ability don't work and when i press "q" I hear the sound similar to that which occurs when you click on an inactive item in inventory. In this case, the ability to display a ready to use, but i can't activate them. Ability don't in cooldown, it ready to use, but "q" don't work - it is not fun, actually :( And I don't want this in ranked game...

Hard to write a formalized method of reproducing a bug. But both times the ability stopped working after very fast clicking at the abilities buttons in fight. I mean: I go to fight -> i quickly pressed abilities buttons in fight -> enemy died -> I leave the fight -> and rest of the game my "q" ability does not work. Last time it was fight 1vs1 vs Ashe in river area.

If I die, then after revival my "q" ability is still not working, so I played without this ability rest of the game both times.
