[CLIENT] Unable to select a champion when captain in unraked draft pick

I've currently had this happen twice when I am the matchmade captain of an unranked solo queue draft pick game. I am also on a 15 minute timer until I can enter a queue again as a result of this. It makes me not want to play the game until this is resolved.

The first time this happened, I had no champions appear on the champion select screen after I selected my team's final ban. When I went to tell my teammates about this incident, the chat box became red for about 10 seconds, the word "Blocked" appeared where "Enter" should have been, and the "Lock In" button was grayed out. After the chat box returned to normal, and "Enter" appeared again, the "Lock In" was still grayed out, and still no champions appeared in the select screen. I waited until the pick timer ran out to kick me from the game.

I then entered the queue after the 5-6 minute timeout, was entered into a game where I was not the captain, and the champion select and game went on just fine.

The second time this happened, I had chosen Katarina as my team's final ban. This time, instead of the chat box and lock in buttons being affected, Katarina's skill descriptions remained on my screen, blocking the entire bottom of the screen, including the chat box, rune, mastery, and summoner spell selection boxes, and the lock in button. Also, again, no champions appeared for me to select. Like last time, I waited until the pick timer ran out and was kicked from the game, resulting in the 15 minute timeout I am currently waiting out.

Unfortunately I do not have pics of what happened. And when I say that no champions appeared for me to select, I mean that, after either side chose the final ban, I was met with a black screen where there should have been my champions. This also has not happened until the 5.10 patch, as I have been captain of an unranked solo queue draft pick before and this bug has never happened to me before.

I am also level 20, if this helps at all.

Also, kinda new to forums, don't know how to tag this as [Client], so if someone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
