[Gameplay] Charged Skills Broken, Make game unplayable.

[Bug] Gamebreaking Vi Bug. * /r/leagueoflegends

Disclaimer: I have 3 videos on a youtube channel, I don't know how to make them a playlist, so instead I linked to a reddit post FOR THE PURPOSE OF LINKING TO THE THREE VIDEOS. If that's unallowed, then please remove the link and I'll update with three video links instead.

Bug: Charging Varus, Vi, or Xerath ults result in massive ping spikes. This makes landing charged Q's nearly impossible on every champion, and essentially makes these champions unplayable.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Be in a game.
  2. Be playing Varus, Vi, or Xerath.
  3. Walk around to ensure ping is stable.
  4. Once you are sure ping is stable, try to use your charging Q ability.
  5. Witness your ping spike massively the longer you attempt to charge your Q.
  6. Release Q key, and observe that your ability will not go off for a second or more depending on how much your ping spikes in step 5.
  7. After your charging ability has ended, observe your ping quickly fall back to normal levels.

Note: The ping display is actually delayed slightly. As you charge the ability ping increases massively, and your ability to move/target/activate the Q is delayed accordingly. After the charged ability has been shot, you will (in most cases) be able to move normally again very quickly even though the ping display has not yet updated to show your lowered ping.
