Darius Pull bug?

My team and the enemy team were by dragon pit when the enemy J4 ulted someone on my team. Most of us were outside the cataclysm on the opposite side of the enemy team. The enemy Darius then used his pull into the cataclysm and somehow pulled all of us, even though most of us were out of range by far. The two members of my team in the front flashed away just before the pull and still got pulled.
