[Gameplay] Abilities stop working

Every other game or so my abilities bug when i die or until i die. Ex: I play a game and often my abilities start to bug out. This means i can't team fight because i can't cast abilities (Flash, Q,E,R, Recall) After i die it seems to fix it. I'm scared to even play ranked now. I've been testing it in normals and it keeps happening. I also tried repairing my client (not sure if that's supposed to help) but it didn't. I've seen posts about this and yet no Red comments on them. hopefully it's fixed soon. HAPPENS MOSTLY WITH KATARINA
