Varus Q Hitbox Issue [Gameplay]

Hey everyone, I have encountered what I think is a bug on not only the Standard Varus Skin's Q hitbox, but also on other Varus Skins. The reason I suspect this is because of a game I had played prior to this post where I went something like 0/6 against a varus on my main. I was playing midlane kennen versus a Varus, who I rarely ever play against so I figured I should test how good I do. So the game starts and we hit about level 3 and he begins to poke with his q. Almost every time, on my screen, I saw that the varus q didn't even touch my champion, yet I took damage. So in my head I was just like, "WTF this is fucking bullshit." . I got hit by several arrows, blaming myself for dodging wrong after the first time. Then I consistantly saw that I did not even touch the arrow when it hit me. After the game I decided to test whether it was just me being retarded and blind, or whether the Varus Q hitbox does not fit the visuals. So I went and bought varus with my IP I had in order to test my theory.

Steps to Reproduce: 1: Pick Varus in a custom game on Summoner's Rift 2: Get into lane and start with your q 3: Once Minions spawn, wait until they have become stationary. 4: Charge your q to max and then aim slightly to the left and behind a minion. 5: Shoot the Arrow

If you have done this correctly, the visuals should not touch the minion's textures, yet the minion will still take damage. You can do this as every single time you Q, just as long as you aim the q just right. I know that Riot prides themselves in clarity, therefore I wish for the hitbox, or the visuals, to be updated in order to clarify whether the person is actually getting hit or not

My hypothesis that the Q visuals are not matched with its hitbox may need more testing.
