What is wrong with the lag?

I'm from the UK and I play NA servers because there still isn't no fucking UK server. EUW is impossible to play due to all the people who don't speak english on there. I have nothing against them, but it's impossible to win a game with no communication. Make a UK server, or something like that. We all have to play NA if we want to win.

So yeah, I get 200 ping average and it's a bit delayed, fair enough but recently, 5 (give or take) people each game get random bursts of lag in the new update, I'm not the only one who gets it in the game so it's NOT related to my ping what so ever. People have been experiencing including myself bursts of lag, as if the game stutters.

This is real game changing in some scenarios. Fuck the new updates if they ain't gonna fix freezing.
