[GAMEPLAY] Graves Glitch with stunned/rooted

I was playing as lux in a game and I was ganking against graves. I used my Q (light binding) to sun graves and then my ultimate to kill him. However, multiple times he would still be able to use his E and dash away even when he is stunned/rooted. Not sure why this is the case.

Hey, so most champions with a dash or blink can usually still go through with the movement if they cast it at the exact same time as the bind, stun, root etc. Hits them. Or do you mean, Graves would dash after the root already applied?
