[Client] When Ranked queue is disabled it counts as a loss.

tldr; If you are in champ select when ranked is disabled, it might count as a loss.

When the Twisted Treeline Ranked queue is disabled at 12am. It will kick all players out of the queue. Furthermore it will kick all players in champion select out of the queue, and display a message stating the queue has been disabled. When it does this, which for me has happened most nights, It sometimes acts as if i have dodged the champion select myself, giving me a loss towards my promotional series, and taking LP from my account. However it does not put me in low priority queue.

This has happened a few times to me, however the loss of LP and promos did not occur to my duo partner. It wouldn't be super annoying if i didn't have to then wait a week to retry my promo series, but for now i guess that is all i can do.
