[Gameplay] Lissandra ult yi q interaction

When playing Lissandra I ulted Yi and Yi cast his q at the same time this resulted in Lissandra's ult to go on a full cool down without it being cast.

1. Use Lissandra ult on Yi
2. Yi uses q at same time
3. Lissandra ult goes on cool down without appearing

This happened twice in the same game and i would be fine if Yi's q acted like a channel interrupt and put her ult on a 4-5 sec cool down but having her ult do nothing and be on the full cool down was frustrating.
