[Gameplay] Soraka Bot seems glitchy ever since rework...

Never reported an issue before so I'm not sure if this is the right place..? But sometimes I play custom matches versus bots when practicing builds & ever since Soraka's rework I noticed her bot will sometimes completely stop moving when she gets too low on HP? This doesn't seem due to minion block for she will literally become completely still in the middle of an open lane until killed. The problem doesn't affect me much but I was just curious if this was a known issue or not for it may affect those that DO frequently play AI matches. Thanks for listening :)
