Notifications

After every match and everytime I log in, notifications continuously pop up on my screen. For example, After I finish up a game, the popup for taking a tour to look at the new runes pops up. This happens for every single game and every single notification. If I get chat-restricted, it pops up that I have a chat restriction everytime a match ends And so on. How can I stop these same exact notifications from popping up?
