Can't chat in champ selection

During champ select I type what position I am wanting to be and nothing pops up. I cannot see any messages in the chat. The chat still works when I am talking to friend and in the game but in the queue and champ select I seem unable to write in chat or see everyone's chat.

Please help as i can't play any games til this is fix.
