Gameplay Bug with Jinx Zap

Jinx Zap isn't showing the path upon cast from fog of war.

I was just playing an aram game against a Jinx who would walk into the fog of war and shoot zap backwards to kite but the pathing wasn't showing during the cast, just the particle as it came out of the fog.
