Game not showing accept button
I have gotten 4 or 5 queue bans because the accept button not showing up. I queue for a game wait then poof banned. I have no clue why the game does this and I don't know if its just me.

I don't think you can get queue bans from not pressing the accept button. The decline button is there for a reason. If you're talking about champ select, if you can select a champion it should auto-pick it at the end of the timer.
